今年も残すところあと…本当に毎日が早い。ようやく、第二弾となる台湾本の原稿書きの目途がつき、ホッとひと息の一日。すっかり後伸ばしになってしまったものの、写真を見ながら振り返ってまとめていると、小龍包やタピオカミルクティ、マンゴーかき氷…あのモワッとした熱気や臭気にまたしても包まれたい欲求が沸々と…。来年も行きたいなぁ。

このところ、締めくくりに出くわすことが多々。ふくやさんでは、すでに片づけの時点で吉田次朗さんの作品を見せてもらうことができ、素敵なご夫妻にお会いできた。Tohkiさんでも石原稔久さんの個展の最終日、クローズの時間を間違えて時間外におじゃま…久々に石原さんと話し、楽しい時間を過ごす。今日は、和裁師のお友達ちささんと、お隣り小坂さんの「九州喫茶散歩」イベントで梅屋さんへ。1時間前に滑り込みセーフ。小坂さんの笑顔とおいしい珈琲に出合えた。

今年は、手の間での三人展を担当できた充実感に加え、TohkiのNさんと倉敷や大阪のクラフトフェアを覗いたり、陶芸家の下岡由枝さん＆ガラス作家の盛國泉さんの二人展にくっつき虫で金沢へ。安らぎと刺激を受けた一年に。来年はさらに志しているものをどんどん形にしたい。

写真は、大阪で出合った中本純也さんの器。すっかり雨に降られてしまった駆け足のクラフトフェアだったけれど、簡易テントの下で水も滴る…ならぬ「水に滴るいい器」に一目惚れ。色づいた木の葉のような、吸い込まれそうな茜色。
